1. 14-Day Quality Guarantee

At Globallux, we take immense pride in our 1:1 craftsmanship. If your luxury aftermarket handbag or apparel arrives with a manufacturing defect or is significantly different from the description, you are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

 

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and Unworn: In the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: Including all protective plastics, tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards.

  • Non-Bespoke: Standard collection items only.

 

3. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Please note that bespoke apparel and custom-leather handbags (tailored to your specific measurements or color requests) are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a clear craftsmanship error. 

 

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Support: Email us at [Your Email] with your order number and photos of the item.

  2. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address.

  3. Inspection: Upon receiving the item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets return conditions. 

 

5. Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • Full Refunds: Issued for defective items.

  • Change of Mind: For non-defective returns, a 15% restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
